Minutes of the AGMSPITFIRES AGM SATURDAY 27th MARCH 2010 An informal AGM was held at 1st Birchington Air Scout's Scout Hut as part of a "Steak and Kidney Pudding" dinner event. There were various parish councillors, parents, Air Scout Leaders, the ESL, Treasurer and the DC in attendance. A copy of Val Munn's (ESL) report and the treasure's (Pete Gardener) report were placed on tables for the guests to read. The accounts were proposed by Mr Stephen Smith and seconded by Mr Paul Rusiecki.
